Service Refund: Your satisfaction is important to us; if you are not satisfied; notify us within 3 days of services and we will be glad to fix it at no charge. However, there is no refund on services.
AVEDA Retail Products: Store credit will be issued for unused products only within 9 days of purchase with receipt to show you purchased from Camilla Day Spa. We are independently owned from other Aveda Stores or Salons and therefore will not be able to give you a refund on products that were not purchased from us and /or without a receipt. Sorry, no refunds on retail products.
Gift Certificates: Not refundable and not transferable. May be used for any services and products at our store. Our gift certificates do not expire, however gift certificates purchased at a discount; the discount will expire according to the expiration date stated on the gift certificate. In general spa packages are discounted; therefore may not be combined with other discounts and offers; however, should promotional discounts turn out to be a better deal we would be glad to honor the prices.
Reservations: As a courtesy for our staff; We ask for 24 hours cancellation for individual appointment or a full service price will be charged. A 48 hours for group of 2 or more or there will be 50% off reservation charged. Credit cards are required for reservations.
Etiquette: Arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Dress appropriately; for example, wear open toe shoes when you are coming in for a pedicure. While we are a family friendly environment and children from age 5 and are encouraged to come in to receive spa services with their parents. For safety reason and courtesy of other guests; unsupervised kids are not allowed. Babies don’t care too much if they have to wait; please make arrangements to leave babies with someone while coming to our spa to relax.
